Radar in the cab

Hands off. You drive. He does the rest.

Conversational AI that already knows trucking in all 50 states plus Canada. Bookkeeper, tax packet, travel desk, wake alarm.

Full-time bookkeeper

Fuel, tolls, repairs, settlements, side-venture income. Running P&L. The shoebox is retired.

Taxes

IFTA quarters, Form 2290, year-end packets a CPA can file. Radar drafts. You confirm.

Hotels and flights

Truck-friendly rooms with parking. Flights home on the 34. Travel desk, not a search tab.

Extra help

Lumper, layover, a second set of hands. Radar finds it. You confirm.

Wake alarms

Say the time. Radar sets it. Ten hours off means ten hours off.

Conversational in the cab

Hands off the glass. Ask remaining hours, the next stop, or what this load actually paid.

Expert, 50 states + Canada

Federal HOS, provincial hours, chain laws, IRP, cabotage. He already read the book.

What you get

Benefits that show up on a real day.

  • Hands off the glass

Talk to Radar. You drive. He keeps the books, files the quarter, books the room, and sets the alarm. You do not hunt menus at 2 a.m.

  • A full-time bookkeeper

Fuel, tolls, repairs, settlements, side-venture income. Running P&L. The visor envelope is retired.

  • Taxes without the shoebox

IFTA quarters, Form 2290, year-end packets a CPA can file. Radar drafts. You confirm.

  • Travel desk in the cab

Truck-friendly hotels with parking. Flights home on the 34. Extra help when you need a lumper or a layover.

  • Wake alarms that mean it

Say the time. Ten hours off means ten hours off. Radar pings you. You go on duty.

  • Expert, 50 states plus Canada

Federal HOS, provincial hours, chain laws, IRP, cabotage. Conversational AI that already knows the book.

  • Clocks that actually block work

    395.3 on the handheld — 11 / 14 / 70 / 30-minute break / 10-hour restart. Illegal runs do not start.

  • One seat for the day’s work

HOS, the Class A walk, fuel, IFTA, DVIR, loads, settlements, 2290, medical, CDL. Hours stay on the ELD. The truck’s story stays here.

  • $79 / truck / month. 1–4 trucks. No setup.

Self-serve. Two trucks is $158. Four is $316. Five trucks is Fleet Yard. Same product Fleet issues as a seat.

What it is

Everything the truck owes the clock, the state, and the books.

Trucker is not an ELD dongle with a pretty skin. It is the day’s work: duty, fuel, defects, loads, and the paper that used to live in the visor.

Hours of service

Duty pad, 11-hour drive, 14-hour window, 70-hour cycle, 30-minute break, 10-hour restart. ELD-style 24-hour graph. This is the clock Fleet uses to refuse an illegal run.

Fuel and IFTA

Gallons by jurisdiction, miles, net tax. One screen instead of envelopes in the visor. The same numbers roll into Fleet’s quarterly file.

DVIR and defects

Pre-trip and post-trip on the unit. Open defects stay visible. Out-of-service equipment cannot take a load.

Report the truck

Not an ELD. Class A walk — belts, pitman, slack, interior, PSI from the scale. You tap what you see. Shop and dispatch keep it on the tractor history.

Loads and settlements

Pipeline, stops, what you hauled, what it paid. Permits and 2290 live with the truck, not in a cab folder.

Documents

Medical card, CDL, insurance, leases. Dates that expire are dates that block work — on this seat and on the Fleet board.

Side venture

Optional P&L off the truck — food, fitness, studio, services, other. Generic types, not a branded gym product. Fleet command can hide it.

How a day works

The log is the work, not a chore after it.

    01

    Report the truck

Class A walk on the handheld. Thumb OK. Sign it. That report is on the tractor — not instead of the ELD, beside it.

    02

    Go on duty

The 14-hour window starts. Remaining drive time is on the today screen — or you ask Radar and keep both hands on the wheel.

    03

    Run the work

Stops, fuel by state, defects on a DVIR. A 30-minute break clears the 8-hour clock. Radar books the room and files the ticket.

    04

    Park it

Ten hours off restarts the clocks. IFTA, settlements, and tomorrow’s load wait in the same app. Set the wake alarm. Sleep.

Today screen with remaining drive and cycle hours
Today — remaining drive, window, cycle, next stop.
24-hour hours of service graph
Log — ELD-style 24-hour graph, 395.3 clocks.
DVIR with an open air-leak defect
DVIR — open defects stay on the unit.

Class A walk · 30 seconds

Report the truck. Hours stay on the ELD.

This is not an ELD replacement. The driver thumbs OK on the Class A walk. PSI comes off the scale. The signed report lives on the tractor — shop and dispatch see it.

Same product inside Fleet

When a carrier buys Fleet, this is what every tractor gets.

Dispatch can open the seat. The driver still only sees one truck. Side venture can be hidden. The clocks, the fuel, and the DVIR do not change.

  • Identical HOS, fuel, IFTA, DVIR, loads
  • Company-controlled login and documents
  • No network visibility for the driver
  • Priced as a Trucker license inside the Fleet seat
IFTA quarterly net by jurisdiction
IFTA — gallons, miles, net tax. The quarterly file lives here, then rolls up in Fleet.

Run it on one truck — or four.

Subscribe and the log, fuel, DVIR, and books save to your account. 1–4 trucks stay on Trucker. Five is Fleet. Or walk the Ridge Runner demo first.
