Trucker is $79 per truck, 1 to 4 trucks, no setup. Fleet starts at 5 seats — setup due at signing, then monthly. Setup pays for white-glove onboarding and reserved capacity. Monthly is priced so a 50% overrun on support still does not lose money.

Why setup exists

Servers are cheap. White-glove roster import, training, and the first 30–90 days of concierge are not. Setup is due at signing so month one is not a loss. We do not waive it to win a deal. 1–4 trucks never pay it — they stay on Trucker.

Floors we never bid under

Fleet: 5 seats. $8,500.00 setup. $45.00 / seat / month. Monthly must cover 1.5× fully-loaded cost. The quote function will not emit a loss-making plan.

Enterprise and national

500+ seats, dedicated environments, SSO, named engineers — annual contract. A national tractor count is not a website SKU. Floor $250/seat setup ($125,000 min) and $55/seat monthly, not a bid.
